3 Layer Spam Filters

1. Blocked sender/domain list
   User-added spam e-mails and domains. Domain entries match before individual e-mail addresses, so incoming mail can quickly move matching messages to Spam.
2. SpamAssassin
   Used when Calixy can find SpamAssassin learning tools. This provides learned spam and safe-mail training.
3. Ollama local AI classifier
   Used when Ollama is enabled. It checks the sender, subject, and body and only marks spam when confidence is high.
